Hi, I’m Grace.

I value authenticity and candor in my work with clients. I’ll provide a safe and inclusive space for us to work through challenges, process difficult emotions, and shift outdated patterns.
I value each of my client’s experiences and independent lives. Depending on your needs, the work that we do will focus on your relationship with yourself or with others in your life. I work with my clients to gain insight into difficult and uncomfortable emotions and behaviors, practice authenticity and self compassion, and communicate more effectively and set healthy boundaries.
Erin Peterson, Valued Living Therapy in Edina Minnesota specializes in help for trauma recovery, couples counseling, sex therapy, eating disorder recovery, and perinatal and postpartum parenting concerns.

How I Can Help

I incorporate concepts from Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while utilizing other theories and approaches when it is appropriate.
